If they should be valid then that does not mean they are not it could just mean that Amazon have not programmed the bots to ignore them yet. The wording in the policy states postage purchased via Buy Shipping will be valid for VTR purposes. RM via Amazon Buy Shipping is definitely not exempt from VTR. From what I have read on the forums, if it is the same as using RM through Buy Shipping then the items will be exempt from VTR so nothing to worry about, surely that is a good thing not something to petition about. If you go back to the original post you will also see that he says he is “trapped” into using Hermes, which does not make sense and that he wants to stop the Hermes-Amazon integration. My VTR is not fine, although it is Above 90% and heading in the right direction and I believe it will be ok by May 19th, a friend of mine took my advice and is already on 93%. If everything is hunky dory with your vtr then crack on and let us who are having issues try and sort it You said that hermes is suitable for vtr and someone has stated that they have an invalid on their report for a non delivered hermes parcel
